Single Origin: Colombian Washed
A light-medium roast, well-suited for filter style brewing and a favourite for pour overs. Some who like lighter roasts also enjoy this as black espresso option.
It has a bright acidity up front, bittersweet chocolate base with toffee/deep caramel sweetness. If brewing as espresso, a finer than usual grind setting will be required as this specifically roasted for filter style brewing.
