Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We understand that not every coffee will be suited to everyone’s taste. However, If you ever get a coffee that isn't quite right, or has missed the mark on quality, we’ll replace it for free. If instead you would prefer to have a refund of your money, in most circumstances we are more than happy to do that.
If one of our coffee’s doesn’t suit your taste, we may be able to assist by providing an alternative option at discounted cost at our discretion.
