This Grade 1 naturally processed Ethiopian from the Sidamo region is truly exquisite! This is a premium level coffee.
It's unusual to find a bean that can be served as a filter, espresso and milk based coffee and excel at all three. But this one takes the cake!! Have it any way you like! We especially love this in espresso based milk drinks which gives a strawberry/berry dipped in chocolate smoothness! It is also has a lovely bright berry fruitiness with a touch of spice as a pour over or short black.
